ORDER & CONTACT TERMS
GENERAL
Eemelivaaput, VAT:FI31500913, sell products to companies and private persons to Finland, Norway, Sweden and Baltics. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries.
These delivery terms are valid from 1.1.2021. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT PRICES
The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of this product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check. prices from the cart before you accept the order. Product prices include VAT.
ORDERING AND AGREEMENT
You can order products in our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service.
When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. You understand that the order you accept and confirm is binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms of delivery.
Once you have accepted your order and paid for the product, you will no longer be able to change your order in the online store. If you would like to change your order, please contact us by email.
DELIVERY
DELIVERY COSTS
The delivery costs that may be charged for the order depend on the product itself (eg weight, packaging) and the selected delivery method and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs that will be charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order.
METHOD OF DELIVERY
We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned in the online store which you chose in connection with your order.
DELIVERY TIME
We will ship the ordered products as soon as possible.
The delivery time for e-commerce products to Finland is generally 2–7 days. Our most common delivery times to other countries are 5-14 days, depending on the order and delivery method.
PAYMENT
The payment intermediary for the online store is Visma Pay (Paybyway Oy, VAT: FI24865594), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via the Visma Pay online service and Visma Pay or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payee on the account statement and invoice. Payment is secure, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the details of the payment transaction. The transaction is created between the e-commerce customer and the e-commerce. The online store is responsible for all obligations related to the store.
PAYMENT METHODS
Through the Visma Pay service, you can pay with online banking IDs, wallets and payment cards (credit / debit). The following payment methods are available: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Local Cooperative Banks, S-Bank, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard cards.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments to pay for the application settings. Payments made with MobilePay will be charged to the debit card attached to the wallet. If the debit of the payment card fails, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online store.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when you place your order.
If for any unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
RETURNS
RIGHT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
All products * have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. Please note that the products are handmade, so there may be a slight discrepancy between the images and the products.
The product can be returned to the address below. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return. Always notify us of the return by e-mail to posti(at)eemelivaaput.net.
The cost of returning the product is paid by the customer.
Please note that a refund will only be processed once the refund has arrived at our online store and has been registered as a new one.

* Ordered products that are custom made have no right to exchange or return.
UNREDEEMED PACKAGE:
Non-redemption is not the same thing as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages, we charge handling and delivery costs.
SHIPMENT CHECK, ERROR AND PROBLEMS
Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible, no later than 14 days and we will agree on how we can rectify the defect. In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act on liability for errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Eemelivaaput shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages related to the order, delivery or product or any of the foregoing, except as otherwise provided in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law for such damage.
